Note to Assigned Speakers:
As you visit the ward for a speaking assignment, please remember that you represent the stake Presidency. As such, the content of the meeting is under your direction, even though the Biship presides.
Please contact a counselor in the bishopric one month prior to your assigned speaking date. Prayerfully select a topic for any other speakers and yourself unless the Stake Presidency assigns a specific topic. If you are unable to fulfill your assignment, try and reschedule to another acceptable date for the ward, or find another High Council member to speak in your stead. We encourage you to invite Stake Organizational Officers / Leaders as companion speakers.
