The Spokane Coordinating Council convened the 2023 Communication Conference on Saturday, November 11, 2023, for stake presidencies, stake Relief Society presidents and members of stake communication councils within the Spokane Coordinating Council, which extends across thirteen stakes in eastern Washington and north Idaho.
